Responsibilities
Onsite : Monday - Friday

- Support internal communication initiatives by drafting and distributing internal newsletters, announcements, and other communication materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other PR materials.
- Support & coordinate brand activation and event activities, scheduling appointments with suppliers.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external departments. Coordinate with international team, including purchasing, sales, finance and accounting, in order to complete the assigned tasks.
- Ensure the smooth operation by managing the creation, distribution, and tracking of all related marketing documents with both external and internal.
- Support marketing team to prepare all of documents that related with marketing tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Marketing, Project Coordination, Business Development, or a related field.
- Good command of English with strong communication skills; TOEIC score of 600 or above is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
