Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Support identification of competency gaps and development needs.
- Assist in designing structured development programs aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate onboarding and employee development initiatives.
- Organize workshops, learning sessions, and engagement activities.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and self-development.
- Develop e-learning content and interactive digital learning materials.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Monitor learning participation, completion rates, and progress.
- Generate learning analytics and development reports.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR Development roles.
- Knowledge of competency development, training design, and adult learning principles.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools (e.g., Canva, e-learning platforms).
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
