รายละเอียดงาน
- ดำเนินกระบวนการรับสมัครงาน ตั้งแต่ประกาศตำแหน่งจนถึงขั้นตอนคัดกรองเบื้องต้น
- จัดเก็บและปรับปรุงข้อมูลพนักงานในระบบให้เป็นปัจจุบันอยู่เสมอ
- ตรวจสอบบันทึกเวลาทำงาน และสรุปข้อมูลเพื่อสนับสนุนการคำนวณค่าจ้าง
- ดูแลสิทธิประโยชน์ต่าง ๆ ของพนักงาน เช่น ประกันสังคม กองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ
- จัดเตรียมข้อมูลและเอกสารสำหรับการตรวจประเมิน หรือการตรวจสอบจากหน่วยงานภายนอก
- ให้คำแนะนำพนักงานเกี่ยวกับระเบียบข้อบังคับ และขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานด้านบุคคล
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรบุคคล บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์งานบุคคลอย่างน้อย 1 ปี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่บางกรณี)
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี (โดยเฉพาะ Excel)
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และรักษาความลับได้ดี
