หน้าที่หลัก:
- ดูแลและติดตามขั้นตอนการเตรียมเอกสารต่าง ๆ สำหรับการส่งออกสินค้า
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้กระบวนการส่งออกเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- ควบคุม ตรวจสอบ และจัดเก็บเอกสารการส่งออกให้ครบถ้วนและถูกต้อง
- ติดตาม ตรวจสอบ และแก้ไขปัญหาข้อติดขัดในขั้นตอนการส่งออก
- รายงานผลการดำเนินงานและแนะนำแนวทางปรับปรุงกระบวนการส่งออกให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการส่งออกสินค้า
- เข้าใจและสามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ที่จำเป็นสำหรับงานส่งออก เช่น Excel, ERP และระบบรายงาน
- มีทักษะการจัดการเอกสารและการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกได้เป็นอย่างดี
