Digital Technology Manager - Southland Rubber Co., Ltd.

Co-Design and maintain enterprise technology infrastructure architecture supporting business applications and digital operations.

Develop infrastructure standards for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments, including networks, servers, storage, and platform services.

Lead infrastructure architecture and capacity planning to ensure scalability, availability, performance, and business continuity.

Review and approve infrastructure designs, technical specifications, and vendor solutions to ensure security, reliability, and cost effectiveness.

Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, backup, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions.

Collaborate with software development, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to deliver integrated end-to-end technology solutions.

Ensure enterprise systems comply with IT governance, cybersecurity, and operational standards.

Evaluate and recommend emerging infrastructure technologies to support the organization's digital transformation.

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field. Master's Degree is an advantage

Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, digital solutions, or enterprise applications.

Minimum 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role.

Proven experience leading digital transformation projects and enterprise system implementations.

Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments is preferred.
