Southland Rubber Group is seeking engineering professionals at different career stages to join our Central Management Pool (CMP). This program offers opportunities to apply technical expertise, improve manufacturing performance, and develop capabilities through assignments across our nationwide factory network.

• Function: Engineering / Manufacturing Operations

• Employment Type: Contract

• Contract Duration: 1–3 years, based on business requirements

• Head Office: Hat Yai, Songkhla, Thailand

• Work Locations: Southland Rubber Group factories across Thailand, including Songkhla, Trang, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Surat Thani, Rayong, Bueng Kan, Phetchabun, and Chumphon.

Candidates must be willing to relocate or accept assignments at different factory locations according to operational needs.

Talent | 1–3 Years of Experience

For developing engineers seeking to build technical expertise and gain hands-on experience in manufacturing operations.

Potential | 5–10 Years of Experience

For experienced engineers ready to lead improvement initiatives, solve complex technical problems, and take on broader responsibilities.

Leader | 10+ Years of Experience

For senior engineers and engineering managers prepared to drive engineering strategy, lead teams, and enhance operational performance across manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities will vary according to experience and assignment and may include:

• Oversee engineering activities and support efficient, reliable manufacturing operations.

• Identify technical issues and implement solutions to improve equipment performance and production processes.

• Lead process optimization, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Investigate root causes of technical problems and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Support equipment maintenance, reliability, and engineering project implementation, where applicable.

• Coordinate with Production, QA, Maintenance, and other departments to achieve operational targets.

• Establish engineering standards, procedures, and performance reports.

• Lead and develop engineering teams in accordance with the assigned level of responsibility.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Relevant engineering or manufacturing experience aligned with the selected career level.

• Solid technical knowledge of engineering systems, production processes, and operational improvement.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proactive approach to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

• Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Leadership capabilities and readiness to undertake challenging assignments.

• Flexibility to work at assigned factory locations throughout Thailand.

• Exposure to diverse manufacturing operations and engineering challenges.
