Responsibilities

1.Develop and execute marketing communication plans aligned with company objectives and business strategies.
2. Create and manage content across all communication channels, including website, social media, email marketing, brochures, promotional materials, and corporate presentations.
3. Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline marketing activities.
4. Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, designers, photographers, and other external partners to produce marketing materials.
5. Organize and support marketing campaigns, product launches, trade exhibitions, coffee events, workshops, and customer activities.
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new marketing opportunities.
#### Digital Marketing
7. Manage company social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Line Official Account.
8. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and email marketing campaigns.
9. Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
10. Analyze website traffic, customer engagement, lead generation, and conversion performance using digital analytics tools.
#### E-Commerce & Online Platforms
11. Create and manage company online stores and marketplace platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and company website.
12. Coordinate product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory visibility, and online campaigns.
13. Monitor sales performance, customer reviews, inquiries, and marketplace ratings.
14. Develop strategies to increase online sales, customer acquisition, and repeat purchases.
15. Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Performance Management
16. Prepare monthly reports covering:
* Marketing activities
* Campaign performance
* Social media growth
* Website performance
* E-commerce sales performance
* Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI)
17. Recommend improvements and new initiatives to strengthen brand presence and business growth.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Communication, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or related roles.
- Experience managing social media platforms and online marketing campaigns.
- Experience with e-commerce marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and website management.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
- Strong content creation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good command of English communication.
