Responsibilities
• Managed manufacturing processes (Chassis, Axle, Engine) and minor model changes using 4M control.
• Monitored production performance, including line stop status, work errors (DPI), and attendance control.
• Led work improvements, followed up on quality initiatives (TPQC, line defects), and managed CAD data control.
• Maintained compliance with ISO14001
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Good command in English spoken, written, read. Able to report in English
• Good computer skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
• Have experience in automotive industry is a plus
• Have knowledge in Process improvement, 4M analysis, Lean manufacturing, Automation
• Fresh graduates are welcome
