Responsibilities
- Coordinate short-term business trips for foreign visitors and employees.
- Handle Japanese dispatch work in Thailand and overseas dispatch to Japan.
- Support local dispatch operations within Thailand.
- Manage 90-day stay notifications and visa-related tasks.
- Prepare and monitor salary data, attendance records, overtime, and annual leave of Japanese employees.
- Arrange residences and assist with business transactions related to dispatch work.
- Other assignments
Qualifications
- Age preferably 22–24 years old; fresh graduates are welcome
- Bachelor’s degree in Japanese, or related fields
- Basic Japanese communication skills
- English communication skills would be an advantage
- Good computer skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
