Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for business applications, including diagnosing and resolving issues
- Escalate complex issues to second-level support teams or developers as needed
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve system issues
- Perform application, data, and component migrations according to the migration plan
- Monitor backup status and coordinate with system administrators to rerun backup jobs when necessary
- Execute and monitor jobs, scripts, and scheduled tasks to support application operations
- Prepare operational status reports and incident reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer engineering, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Good English skills; Japanese is a plus
- Good service mind, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of IBM i (AS/400), Windows Server, or Linux/Unix is a plus
- Able to work night shifts
