ความรับผิดชอบหลัก
1.กลยุทธ์การขาย
- กำหนด Sales Plan รายปี/รายไตรมาส ครอบคลุมอุตสาหกรรมไฟฟ้า, โรงงาน, สาธารณูปโภค และ Energy
วิเคราะห์ตลาด และคู่แข่ง เพื่อระบุช่องทางเติบโตใหม่ (Distributor, Direct, Online)
2.บริหารทีม
- ดูแล & โค้ชทีม Sales Engineer 5–8 คน ให้บรรลุ KPIs
ประชุม Pipeline, Forecast และติดตาม After-Sales Service
3.ขยายฐานลูกค้า
-เข้าเยี่ยมโรงงาน, EPC, ผู้รับเหมาระบบไฟฟ้า นำเสนอ Demo และ ROI
- พัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับคู่ค้า (Distributor / System Integrator)
4.จัดทำ Proposal & Tender
- นำเสนอ Solution Pack (เครื่องมือ + ซอฟต์แวร์ + Training) และเจรจาต่อรองสัญญาเชิงพาณิชย์
5. ประสานงานแบรนด์ Fluke
- ร่วมวางแผนกับ Fluke SEA เกี่ยวกับ Marketing Campaign, ราคาพิเศษ, Certification Program
Qualifications
• เพศชายหรือหญิง
• อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
• วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ทุกสาขา
•ประสบการณ์ 5+ ปี ขายเครื่องมือวัด / อุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าอุตสาหกรรม
( เข้าใจการใช้งาน Multimeter, Thermal Camera, Power Quality ขั้นพื้นฐาน )
• รักงานบริการ บุคลิกภาพและมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
• มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ กระตือรือร้น รักความท้าทาย และมีความอดทนสูง
• มีความเป็นผู้นำ มีทักษะในการบริหารทีมงาน
• มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์ และสามารถขับรถได้
