Application Engineer (Fluke Products) - Factory Max Co.,Ltd.

การสนับสนุนก่อนการขาย (Pre-Sales Support) :
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมขายเพื่อเข้าพบลูกค้า วิเคราะห์ความต้องการ และนำเสนอเครื่องมือ/โซลูชันของ Fluke ที่ตอบโจทย์การใช้งาน
- ดำเนินการสาธิตการทำงานของเครื่องมือ (Product Demonstration) และทำ Proof of Concept (POC) หน้างานจริง
การสนับสนุนหลังการขาย (Post-Sales Support) :
- ให้บริการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค (Troubleshooting) แก่ลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานผลิตภัณฑ์
- ดำเนินการติดตั้ง (ถ้ามี) และแนะนำวิธีการใช้งานที่ถูกต้องและปลอดภัยตามมาตรฐานของ Fluke
การถ่ายทอดความรู้ (Training & Education) :
- จัดอบรมสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Workshop/Seminar) ให้กับลูกค้า ตัวแทนจำหน่าย และทีมงานภายใน
- จัดทำคู่มือการใช้งาน เอกสารทางเทคนิค และสื่อการเรียนรู้ต่างๆ เป็นภาษาไทย
การพัฒนาความเชี่ยวชาญ (Product Expertise) :
- ศึกษาและอัปเดตความรู้เกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ ของ Fluke (เช่น Thermal Imagers, Power Quality Analyzers, Calibration Tools) อยู่เสมอ
- ประสานงานกับผู้ผลิต (Fluke Corporation หรือ Distributor ระดับภูมิภาค) ในกรณีที่ต้องการความช่วยเหลือทางเทคนิคเชิงลึก

ระดับการศึกษา :
- ปริญญาตรี คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาไฟฟ้า, อิเล็กทรอนิกส์, ระบบวัดคุม (Instrumentation), แมคคาทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์การทำงาน :
- มีประสบการณ์ 1-3 ปีขึ้นไป ในงาน Application Engineer, Technical Support, Sales Engineer หรือวิศวกรซ่อมบำรุง/วิศวกรทดสอบ 
ทักษะด้านเทคนิค (Hard Skills) :
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบไฟฟ้ากำลัง, อิเล็กทรอนิกส์, หรือระบบควบคุมในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
- มีประสบการณ์ใช้งานเครื่องมือวัดอุตสาหกรรม (เช่น มัลติมิเตอร์, ออสซิลโลสโคป, กล้องถ่ายภาพความร้อน, เครื่องวิเคราะห์คุณภาพไฟฟ้า)
ทักษะด้านบุคคล (Soft Skills) :
- มีทักษะในการนำเสนอ (Presentation Skills) และสามารถอธิบายเรื่องเทคนิคซับซ้อนให้เข้าใจง่าย
- มีใจรักงานบริการ (Service Mind) และมีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
ทักษะทางภาษา :
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในเกณฑ์ดี (โดยเฉพาะการอ่านคู่มือทางเทคนิค Engineering Manual และการโต้ตอบอีเมลกับผู้ผลิต)
อื่นๆ : มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ส่วนบุคคล และสามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัด (หรือตามไซต์งานลูกค้า) ได้
