• Ensure adherence to high company standards for safety, environmental awareness and business ethics.
• Establish project analysis and ensure project timeline commitment.
• Manage and improve category management related on operation experience for improvement Category process.
• Provide support on any projects or ad-hoc tasks when required or assigned by Performance and Analysis & Category Support Section Manager.
• Ensure an open, effective flow of communication exists among all related parties; i.e stores, operations, brand Management, Finance& Accounting, ICT, logistics, etc.
• Sharing operation skill and Ensure Operation work function under Category manangement performances as well as take corrective action as required.
• Provide support on any ad-hoc tasks when required or assigned.
• Establish analysis for category management including Range, Promotion, Price and Space assist in business decision.
• Conduct the analysis of Performance Manage and improve Categories Data and Records.

Basic Purpose/Accountabilities

• Support Performance and Analysis & Category Support Section Manager / Establish analysis and project timeline implementation for Category Management , Ensure the Project achechivement following through objective.
• Establish analysis for category management including Range, Promotion, Price and Space assist in business decision / Conduct the analysis of Performance Manage and improve Categories Data and Records.
• Collaborate with others in marketing to translate consumer needs to viable & profitable retail offerings tailored to the needs of our target consumers, pilot/implement offerings, measuring - improving - eliminating them consistent with consumer response.
• Co-Working with both internal and external parties for efficient communication and sharing operation practice to both for Category Management process improvement .

• M/F, Age between 27-33 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or raleted fileds or High Vocational Certificate .
• Store Operation or related Merchandising merchandising Skill atleast 5 years on field needed.
• Good Accountable and Deliver on commitments.
• Able to work with details while understanding the processes.
• Initiative and can work well under pressure.
• Good business manner.
• Team Players and Good Communication Skill.
• Work experience in retail business atleast 5 years is an advantage.
