Responsibilities
- จัดทำเอกสารทางเทคนิค คู่มือการทำงาน และรายงานสถานะระบบ
- เฝ้าระวัง ติดตาม และแก้ไขปัญหาด้านประสิทธิภาพของระบบ (System Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting)
- สนับสนุนการทำงานด้าน DR (Disaster Recovery) และ High Availability (HA)
- ศึกษาและประเมินเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ เพื่อมาปรับใช้ในองค์กร
- วางแผนและดำเนินการอัปเกรดแพตช์ และบำรุงรักษาระบบ MBSE อย่างต่อเนื่อง
- บริหารจัดการและปรับแต่ง Requirement
- ดำเนินการปรับฐานข้อมูลเชิงรุก และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพด้าน Observability เพื่อยกระดับการทำงานของระบบโดยรวม พร้อมสร้างข้อมูลเชิงลึก
- ตรวจจับความผิดปกติ, วางแผนผลิตภัณฑ์ และคาดการณ์เหตุการผิดปกติล่วงหน้า
- พัฒนาเครื่องมือและ Script อัตโนมัติและความน่าเชื่อถือเพื่อสนับสนุนข้อมูลในองค์กร
