Responsibilities
- ประสานงานระหว่างทีมพัฒนา (Developer), ผู้ใช้งาน (User) และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการด้านข้อมูลและการเชื่อมต่อระบบ
- ตรวจสอบและทดสอบการทำงานของ API ร่วมกับผู้พัฒนา
- ติดตามสถานะการพัฒนาและการเชื่อมต่อของระบบต่าง ๆ
- สนับสนุนการแก้ไขปัญหา (Troubleshooting) ด้านการเชื่อมต่อระบบ
- สนับสนุนการส่งมอบระบบ (Deployment & Go-Live Support)
