Responsibilities
- ดูแลและตรวจสอบสถานะของระบบ Network / Server / Cloud
- ติดตั้ง ปรับปรุง และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน
- ดำเนินการตามนโยบายด้านความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล
- ตรวจสอบ Log และแจ้งเตือนเหตุผิดปกติทางระบบ
- สนับสนุนการทดสอบระบบ DR/BCP
- จัดทำเอกสารด้าน IT Operation และ Security
- อัปเดตความรู้และแนวโน้มภัยคุกคามด้าน IT
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส) หรือปริญญาตรี สาขา วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถทำงานร่วมกันกับทีม และมีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
- มีความอดทนสูง สามารถปฏิบัติงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- มีความอดทน
- มีจิตใจบริการ
