System Architecture - Precise Corporation Public Company Limited

Precise Corporation Co., Ltd. was established in 1987 by a team engineers: Mr. Kitti Sumrit, Mr. Kitti Nutchayabgkul, and Mr. Suthee Chulanutrakul. They run a trading company called PKV, which its name was later changed to Precise International Corporation Co., Ltd., situated on Suthisarn Road. The very first business is power distribution and substation equipments trading.



Realizing the insufficiency of high voltage equipment producers, Precise Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded. Based on the production of surge arrester the factory was primarily placed near Pakkred Intersection before moved to the present plant in Patum Thani, with the area of approximately 2.08 hectares

Due to the expanding organization, Precise built a proper office building of its own on Krungthep-Nonthaburi Road, near Wongsawang Intersection. The seven-floor building was completely constructed in 1995, and has been used as the head office since.

Precise International Corporation and Precise Electric Manufacturing, together with foreign partner, have established a joint venture Precise Iskra for the production of control and relay board. The name was changed to Precise Engineering and Construction Co., Ltd. on 30th January 1991 as the company started turnkey substation project. Having added system and engineering business, which later became its main focus, Precise Engineering and Construction was changed to Precise System and Project Co., Ltd.

Not too long from the establishment of Precise System and Project, the first two companies invested in the motor for air conditioner. Precise Motor Industry Co., Ltd. was founded. In addition of the other electrical distribution equipment manufacturing, it became Precise Power Products Co., Ltd.

Arising from the need of components within Precise Group, Precise Metal Works Co., Ltd. is set up in response to the requirement. Afterwhich extending the industry to switching device, switching board, switchgear, and others, the company’s name was amended to Precise Electro-Mechanical Works Co., Ltd.

Growing internationally, Precise Electric Manufacturing came to an agreement of the joint venture with the Italian company Coelme. They created Coelme International Co., Ltd. to make 230 kV disconnecting switch and below.


During the Asian Economic Crisis in 1997, many Thai companies faced a difficult time to survive, including Precise. However, with the executives’ hard effort and tolerance, Precise conquered the obstacles and managed to get through the downfall. In 1998, the organization was improved along with its financial status. Total Quality Management was set up in 2003 and has been used in all companies in the chain.

Nowadays, there are totally 21 companies in the group. Precise Corporation still sets its goal on the continuing and sustainable development, aiming at introducing brand-new equipment and efficiently fulfill customer expectations. The business is being enlarged to the global market, mainly the South East Asia.
