Responsibilities
- ดําเนิน Digital Maturity Assessment ระดับบริษัท โดยใช้ PCC Group Digital Maturity Framework เป็นเครื่องมือหลัก
- วิเคราะห์ Gap ระหว่าง Current State กับ Target Digital Maturity ใน 5 มิติ : Process, People, Technology, Data, Culture
- จัดทํา Company-level Digital Transformation Roadmap 3 ปี สอดคล้อง PCC Group DX Strategy และ Business Direction
- ออกแบบและดําเนิน Digital Culture Change Program ที่เหมาะสมกับ Business Context ของบริษัท
- สร้าง Digital Champion Network: คัดเลือก Digital Ambassador จากทุก Department บริหาร Community อย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ออกแบบ Digital Workflow Optimization: แปลง Manual / Paper-based Process เป็น Digital Workflow
- กําหนด Job Roles & Digital Competency Framework สําหรับตําแหน่งงานใหม่ในบริษัทที่เกิดจาก Digital
- ออกแบบ Company-specific Digital Training Curriculum ที่ตรงกับ Role และ Business ของบริษัท
- รวบรวม วิเคราะห์ และรายงาน Digital KPIs ของบริษัทกลับ PCC Holding ตาม Reporting Framework และ Cadence ที่กําหนด
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี/ปริญญาโท สาขาการพัฒนาองค์กร (OD) / ทรัพยากรมนุษย์ / บริหารธุรกิจ / คอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ / วิทยาการจัดการ / วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ / เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ Lead OD / DX Project
- มีความเข้าใจความกลัวและความกังวลของคน สามารถ Design Intervention ได้
