Responsibilities
งานจัดทำใบเสนอราคาและประเมินต้นทุนงานบริการ
- วิเคราะห์ Scope งาน Service, Installation และ T&C จาก TOR / Spec / Site Condition
- จัดทำ BOQ งานบริการ ค่าแรง เครื่องมือ และค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำ Cost Breakdown และใบเสนอราคาให้ถูกต้องและทันตามกำหนด
งานข้อเสนอทางเทคนิค (Technical Proposal)
- จัดทำ Method Statement, Work Scope, Schedule (เบื้องต้น)
- ระบุขั้นตอน Installation, Testing & Commissioning ให้สอดคล้องมาตรฐาน
- ระบุเครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ และทรัพยากรที่ใช้ในงาน
งานสนับสนุนฝ่ายขายและงานประมูล
- ให้คำปรึกษาด้านเทคนิคและราคาแก่ฝ่ายขาย
- ตอบข้อซักถาม (Clarification) ระหว่าง OI / OQ / Tender
- ปรับราคาและ Scope งานตามเงื่อนไขลูกค้า
งานมาตรฐานและปรับปรุงกระบวนการ
- จัดทำและอัปเดต WI, Standard Cost, Standard Scope งานบริการ
- พัฒนา Template Quotation และ Technical Proposal
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า, วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้ากำลัง หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- เข้าใจขั้นตอน Installation และ Testing ระบบไฟฟ้า
- อ่านแบบไฟฟ้าและ Scope งานได้
- ใช้ Excel ระดับ Advanced สำหรับ Costing
- สามารถจัดทำ Method Statement และ Scope งานได้
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร ประสานงาน และบริหารเวลาได้ดี
