Responsibilities
- เก็บและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลกระบวนการ (Cycle time, WIP, Throughput, OEE) และทำแผนภาพการไหลของกระบวนการ/วัสดุ (Process & Material Flow)
- สร้างและบำรุงรักษาแบบจำลอง Plant Simulation (Discrete-Event Simulation) ด้วย Tecnomatix Plant Simulation ครอบคลุมการกำหนดตรรกะและการตั้งค่าพารามิเตอร์ของกระบวนการ
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของโมเดล (Verification & Validation) และทำ Calibration ด้วยข้อมูลจริงจากหน้างาน
- ทำการทดลอง What-if/Scenario Analysis และ Capacity Planning/Line Balancing เพื่อเพิ่ม Throughput ลด Lead time และลดต้นทุน
- ประยุกต์ใช้เครื่องมือ IE เช่น Time & Motion Study, MTM/MOST, VSM, Bottleneck Analysis, Line Balancing, SPC, DOE, PFMEA/Control Plan, SMED และกิจกรรม Kaizen/CI
- เชื่อมโยง/บูรณาการข้อมูลกับระบบโรงงาน (เช่น MES/SCADA/PLC) เพื่อสนับสนุนการป้อนข้อมูลจริงสู่แบบจำลองหรือแดชบอร์ด
- จัดทำรายงานผลการจำลอง สรุป Cost–Benefit/ROI และ Roadmap การปรับปรุง พร้อมนำเสนอผู้บริหารและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย
- นำผลลัพธ์สู่การปฏิบัติ (Implementation/Pilot) วัดผลหลังปรับปรุง (Post-Improvement Validation) และจัดทำมาตรฐานงาน (SOP/Work Instruction)
- ถ่ายทอดความรู้และอบรมการใช้งานเครื่องมือจำลองและเครื่องมือ IE ให้แก่ทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือโท สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ (IE), ระบบการผลิต/การผลิตอัจฉริยะ, เมคคาทรอนิกส์, ระบบอัตโนมัติ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน Process Improvement/Industrial Engineering/Simulation หรือ Digital Twin อย่างน้อย 0–3 ปี ในสภาพแวดล้อมโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
- เชี่ยวชาญเครื่องมือ IE : Time Study, Method Study, MTM/MOST, VSM, Line Balancing, SPC, DOE, PFMEA, Control Plan, SMED, Kaizen/CI
- มีความสามารถในการสร้างแบบจำลอง DES ใน Tecnomatix Plant Simulation
- มีทักษะการจัดการข้อมูลและสคริปต์ : Excel/SQL/Python สำหรับทำความสะอาดข้อมูล คำนวณพารามิเตอร์ และเชื่อมต่อข้อมูลกับโมเดล/แดชบอร์ด
- มีความเข้าใจการเชื่อมต่อข้อมูลโรงงาน : OPC UA, MQTT และระบบ MES/SCADA/PLC เพื่อดึง Real-time/Historical Data
- มีทักษะการนำเสนอเชิงวิเคราะห์และการจัดทำรายงาน
