Responsibilities
- ให้บริการ Technical Support ระบบ SCADA ทั้ง Remote และ On-site
- รับแจ้ง วิเคราะห์ และแก้ไข Incident ตาม SLA
- ประสานงานกับทีม Project, Network, Database และ Vendor เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา
- ดำเนินการ Preventive Maintenance ตามแผน
- ตรวจสอบ System Health, Alarm, Event และ Performance ของระบบ
- จัดทำ Incident Report และ Service Report
- ติดตามการแก้ไขปัญหาจนปิดงาน (Ticket Closure)
- ให้คำปรึกษาและสนับสนุนผู้ใช้งานระบบ
- ตอบข้อซักถามและแก้ไขปัญหาภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
- จัดทำ As-built Document
- พัฒนา Automation หรือ Script เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน
- ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายด้าน Cyber Security และ Information Security
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโท สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า, วิศวกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และโทรคมนาคม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถอ่านและทำความเข้าใจ API Specification, Request/Response, Data Mapping และเงื่อนไขทางธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องได้
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น (Troubleshooting) ทั้งด้านข้อมูลและการเชื่อมต่อระบบ
- มีทักษะการประสานงานและการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมพัฒนาและผู้ใช้งานได้อย่างราบรื่น
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบงาน พร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ และพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี และหากมีคะแนน TOEIC 600 คะแนนขึ้นไปจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
