Responsibilities
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหา และ Requirements จากหน่วยงานต่างๆ ในองค์กร
- ออกแบบและจัดทำ Business Process Architecuture แบบ End-to-End โดยเลือกใช้เครื่องมือที่เหมาะสม เช่น Flow Process, Swimlane Diagram, SIPOC, etc.
- รับผิดชอบการ Implement Odoo ERP และโครงการ Digital อื่นๆ ตามขอบเขตของ Business Analyst
- เสนอแนะเทคโนโลยีในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานให้เป็นอัตโนมัติ เช่น RPA, Power Platforms, Excel Macro หรือเครื่องมืออื่นๆ ที่เหมาะสม
- มีส่วนร่วมสนับสนุนในการจัดทำมาตรฐานข้อมูลระดับองค์กร (Data Standard)
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี หรือ ปริญญาโท
- สาขา วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ, วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, วิศวกรรมซอฟต์แวร์, วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, Data Science / Data Analytics หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Business / IT / Computer / Data
- Business Processes (Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing)
- Experience implementing or supporting ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Basic skills in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint)
