Responsibilities
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและความต้องการจากหน่วยงานต่างๆ ภายในองค์กร
- ออกแบบและจัดทำ Business Process Architecture แบบ End-to-End โดยใช้เครื่องมือที่เหมาะสม เช่น Flow Process, Swimlane Diagram และ SIPOC เป็นต้น
- ดำเนินการ Implement ระบบ Odoo ERP และโครงการ Digital อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- เสนอแนะเทคโนโลยีและ AI เพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานให้เป็นอัตโนมัติ เช่น RPA, Power Platforms หรือ Excel Macro หรือเครื่องมืออื่นๆ ที่เหมาะสม
- สนับสนุนการจัดทำมาตรฐานข้อมูลระดับองค์กร (Data Standard)
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี หรือ ปริญญาโท
- สาขา วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ (IE), การจัดการอุตสาหกรรม, บริหารธุรกิจ/ระบบสารสนเทศ (MIS), วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการวิเคราะห์และออกแบบกระบวนการทางธุรกิจ (Business Process Mapping) โดยเฉพาะในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
- มีความเข้าใจใน Business Processes (Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing)
- มีประสบการณ์ในการ Implementing or Supporting ERP Systems (e.g. Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- มีทักษะในการประยุกต์ใช้เครื่องมือดิจิทัล และ/หรือ AI เพื่อสร้าง Tools ต่างๆ เช่น Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) หรือ RPA
