Responsibilities
- รวบรวมและบริหารจัดการข้อมูลลูกค้าจากบริษัทในเครือ เพื่อจัดทำ Single Customer View ของกลุ่ม
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและคุณภาพของข้อมูลลูกค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- บริหารนโยบาย Digital Platform ร่วมของกลุ่มบริษัท และติดตามการปฏิบัติตาม
- ดูแลการตั้งค่าและการเชื่อมโยง (Integration) ระบบ CRM, CDP, และ Marketing Automation เข้ากับช่องทางลูกค้า (Website, LINE OA, Facebook, Email) โดยประสานงานกับทีม IT และ Vendor
- ประเมินและคัดเลือกเครื่องมือ MarTech ที่เหมาะสม โดยทำงานร่วมกับทีม IT
- ประสานงานการนำ Platform ใหม่มาปรับใช้ และติดตามความคืบหน้าของการเชื่อมโยงระบบ (Integration)
- จัดทำ Customer Analytics และรายงานการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลลูกค้า
- แบ่งกลุ่มลูกค้าและดีลเลอร์ พร้อมทั้งเตรียม Audience สำหรับทีมการตลาด
- วัดผลแคมเปญการตลาดและจัดทำ Attribution สำหรับแคมเปญที่สร้าง Lead หรือยอดขาย
- วิเคราะห์ Customer Insight เชิงลึก และนำเสนอแนวทางเพื่อปรับปรุงประสบการณ์ลูกค้า
- วางแผนและพัฒนากระบวนการรวบรวม Lead จากทุกช่องทางเข้าสู่ระบบ CRM รวมถึงการทำ Lead Scoring, Lead Routing และการส่งต่อ Lead ให้กับทีมขาย
- ประสานงานกับบริษัทในเครือเกี่ยวกับ Customer Platform และติดตาม Action Item ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงานประจำเดือน
- ปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานและวางมาตรฐานเพื่อรองรับการขยายทีม Officer ในอนาคต
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี หรือ ปริญญาโท
- สาขาการตลาด เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 3-5 ปี ในด้าน Customer Analytics, CRM หรือ Digital Platform
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี
