Responsibilities
- ดูแลการรับสายโทรเข้า ให้บริการและให้ข้อมูลกับลูกค้า ตอบข้อซักถาม ของบริษัทในกลุ่ม Thai Group Holdings
- รับสายโทรเข้าจัดการข้อร้องเรียน ของบริษัทในกลุ่ม Thai Group Holdings
- คอยให้บริการข้อมูลข่าวสาร รวมไปถึงการทำรายการทางธุรกิจต่างๆ ของบริษัทในกลุ่ม Thai Group Holdings
- ให้บริการ รับแจ้งอุบัติเหตุรถ/ประกันภัยทรัพย์สินอื่น ๆ บริการรับแจ้งนำรถเช่าองค์กรเข้าซ่อม บริการให้ข้อมูล และรับเรื่องร้องเรียนติดตามการแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้าจนจบ
- สนับสนุนการสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มให้กับธุรกิจ โดยการประสานงานการทำ Renewal Policy เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและเพิ่ม % การ Renew ให้สูงขึ้น รวมถึงการสนับสนุนให้บริษัทมีช่องทางการเพิ่มรายได้ เช่น การทำ Referral call
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาตั้งแต่ระดับ ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ และพิมพ์ดีดไทย/อังกฤษ ได้
- มีประสบการณ์บริการลูกค้าหรือ call center จะพิจารณาพิเศษ
- ทักษะในการจัดการและปิด case ที่เข้ามา
- สามารถทำงานหมุนเวียนเป็นกะ เช้า,บ่าย,ดึก ได้จะพิจารณาพิเศษ
