[Key Responsibilities]

• Technical Mentorship: Act as a hands-on mentor, guiding the team through Research & Development (R&D) to identify and implement cutting-edge tools and solutions.
• Hands-on Leadership: Lead by example by performing rigorous code reviews and diving deep into technical blocks to provide expert troubleshooting and guidance.
• Strategic Architecture: Architect scalable, enterprise-grade systems with a heavy focus on Cyber Security and high-availability standards.
• Cross-functional Management: Orchestrate and align three core functional streams—RPA, Digital Workflow, and Core Applications—to ensure seamless and efficient delivery.
• Bridge Business & Tech: Translate complex business requirements (e.g., Insurance Claims processing) into actionable and robust technical designs.

• Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python and the Django Framework. We are looking for someone who remains passionate about coding and software craftsmanship.
• Cloud Infrastructure Savvy: Proficient in AWS Cloud Services at a deep level; capable of guiding the team on cloud design and infrastructure configuration.
• Proven Experience: At least 10 years of experience in Software Engineering, with 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Modernization Expertise: Proven track record in migrating legacy systems into modern, automated ecosystems.
