Responsibilities
- จัดทำเอกสารด้านบัญชีและการเงินต่างๆด้านรับ เช่นใบสำคัญรับ ใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน ใบกำกับภาษี เป็นต้น
- จัดทำรายงานภาษีต่างๆของบริษัท และนำส่งสรรพากร ภายในวันที่กำหนดอย่างถูกต้อง
- ตรวจทานรายการรับ และบันทึกบัญชีอย่างถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามกระบวนการและนโยบายบริษัท และตามกฏเกณฑ์หรือกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องเช่น ประมวลรัษฎากร มาตรฐานการบัญชีและการรายงานทางการเงิน เป็นต้น
- ปฏิบัติงานด้านธุรการต่างๆของบริษัท
- จัดทำรายละเอียดประกอบบัญชี (Balance Sheet Account Analysis) บันทึกรายการเพื่อปิดบัญชี ให้เสร็จภายในกำหนดเวลา และด้วยความถูกต้องครบถ้วน
- จัดทำรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงิน จัดทำให้เสร็จภายในกำหนดเวลา อย่างถูกต้องครบถ้วน
- จัดทำรายงานทางบัญชี ผลประกอบการ รายงานอื่นๆ และงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ เพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูล แก้ไขปัญหา และจัดการเกี่ยวกับระบบบัญชี หรือประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่สรรพากรในการขอคืนภาษีหรือตอบคำถาม
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี/การเงิน
- ประสบการณ์ด้านงานบัญชีการเงิน AR AP อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีความสามารถในการใข้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปบัญชี
- มีความสามารถในการใช้ Microsoft Office
- มีประสบการณ์กลุ่มธุรกิจประกันชีวิตพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
