Responsibilities

  • Proactively acquire new clients through personal networking, referrals, seminars, and partnership channels.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent sales momentum.
  • Co-host and support seminars, workshops, and marketing activities with partners to access new customer segments.
  • Execute structured follow-up processes to convert leads and event participants into policyholders.
  • Provide professional insurance and financial protection advice via phone and digital platforms.
  • Conduct client needs analysis and recommend suitable solutions aligned with individual profiles.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales journey, from prospecting to application and policy issuance.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and referral generation.
  • Identify cross-selling and upgrade opportunities to maximize portfolio value.
  • Develop and implement sales action plans to achieve premium, productivity, and conversion targets.
  • Monitor pipeline health, lead quality, and campaign outcomes, proposing improvements as needed.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives to strengthen and scale client acquisition channels.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and untapped customer groups.
  • Analyze conversion performance from events and tele-sales to refine future strategies.
  • Support the creation of repeatable and scalable lead-generation models.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance, banking, wealth management, or direct sales.
  • Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Demonstrated commitment to achieving targets and delivering results.
  • Strong collaboration skills with partners and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build and expand client networks independently.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, particularly in phone-based sales.
  • Relevant insurance or investment licenses are a plus.
  • Experience in organizing or participating in seminars, roadshows, or client events is a plus.
