Legal Manager - บริษัท ไทยกรุ๊ป โฮลดิ้งส์ จำกัด (มหาชน)

• Legal Advisory & Compliance:

  • Provide proactive legal guidance and support to various departments across business operations.

  • Interpret applicable laws, rulings, and industry-specific regulations (particularly financial and insurance regulatory frameworks) to ensure full corporate compliance.

  • Advise on business operations, risk mitigation, and corporate governance.

• Contract Management (Bilingual / English Focus):

  • Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements in both English and Thai (e.g., vendor agreements, client contracts, NDAs, partnership agreements, and employment contracts).

  • Ensure all contracts safeguard company interests, comply with statutory requirements, and minimize commercial and legal exposure.

  • Oversee contract lifecycles, including amendments, renewals, dispute resolutions, and terminations.

• Legal Research & Dispute Resolution:

  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze complex regulatory developments, precedents, and industry trends.

  • Prepare formal legal opinions, memoranda, board summaries, and regulatory reports.

  • Liaise with external counsel and relevant government/regulatory authorities on legal disputes, litigation, and regulatory inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from an accredited institution; Master’s degree (LL.M.) in Corporate, Commercial, or International Business Law is an advantage.

• Holder of an active Lawyer License (ตั๋วทนาย) issued by the Lawyers Council of Thailand.

• 5+ years of relevant legal experience as an In-House Legal Counsel or Legal Manager, preferably within the Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or Fintech sectors.

• Demonstrated expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts in fluent/business-level English and Thai.

• Strong knowledge of Thai corporate law, contract law, PDPA, and financial/insurance regulatory compliance (e.g., BOT, SEC, or OIC regulations).

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• High integrity, sound commercial judgment, and ability to operate under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
