เจ้าหน้าที่ชำนาญการฝึกสอนพนักงานขับรถ (ชลบุรี) - Thai Beverage Public Company Limited

       1. จัดทำงบประมาณในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานภาคสนาม อาทิ น้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง ยางรถบรรทุก การซ่อมบำรุงยานพาหนะ  การซ่อมบำรุงสถานที่การฝึกอบรมปฎิบัติ  อุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนฯลฯ เพื่อนำเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชาพิจารณา

       2. มีส่วนร่วมจัดทำและปรับปรุงเนื้อหาหลักสูตรการขับขี่รถ รถบรรทุก รถฟอร์คลิฟท์ทุกประเภท รถจักรยานยนต์  ตลอดจนการกำหนดบททดสอบทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและปฎิบัติ

       3. วางแผนจัดตารางการเรียนการสอนให้กับกลุ่มครูผู้ฝึกสอน การศึกษาวิเคราะห์กลุ่มผู้เรียน เพื่อนำข้อมูลมาใช้ในการวางแผน การจัดการเรียนรู้ ต่อผู้รับการฝึกสอนการกำหนดจำนวนรุ่นในแผนงานประจำปี

4. ประเมินและวิเคราะห์ผลการเรียนการสอนกับกลุ่มผู้รับการฝึกสอน เพื่อหาแนวทางแก้ไข ตลอดจนการซ่อมเสริมหรืออาจถึงขั้นปรับแผนการเรียนการสอน เพื่อให้ผู้รับการฝึกสอนเป็นนักขับที่ดีและมีประสิทธิภาพ 

       5. จัดและจำแนกกลุ่มผู้รับการฝึกสอนในเรื่องการตรวจวัดสมรรถภาพ แบ่งกลุ่มผู้ที่มีผ่านการตรวจ หรือผู้ที่พบความผิดปกติในแต่ละประเภทผลตรวจเพื่อสรุปนำเสนอหัวหน้าทีมลำดับต่อไป  

       6. ตรวจสอบผลการรายงานสรุปผลการเรียนการสอนประจำสัปดาห์และประจำเดือนจากทีมงานครูผู้ฝึกสอน รวมถึงการส่งผลทดสอบและสรุปผลการเรียนการสอนให้ฝ่ายทะเบียนเพื่อบันทึกและติดตามผลต่อไป

       7. รวบรวมสรุปรายงานผลการเรียนการสอนประจำเดือนเพื่อนำเสนอเป็นรายงานผลการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มครูผู้ฝึกสอน
