Accounting Specialist - Thai Beverage Public Company Limited

• วางระบบบัญชี การเงิน และระบบการควบคุมภายในของบริษัท รวมถึงออกแบบกระบวนการทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการชุมชนเข้มแข็ง ครอบคลุมเครือข่ายชุมชน 928 แห่งทั่วประเทศ  

• กำหนดมาตรฐานการบันทึกบัญชี การจัดทำเอกสารทางการเงิน และการรายงานผล เพื่อให้ทุกชุมชนสามารถดำเนินงานได้อย่างถูกต้อง โปร่งใส และตรวจสอบได้  

• พัฒนาทักษะด้านบัญชี การเงิน ภาษี และการบริหารต้นทุนให้กับชุมชน ผู้ประกอบการรายย่อย และผู้เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อยกระดับองค์ความรู้และศักยภาพในการบริหารธุรกิจ  

• จัดทำคู่มือ/ แนวปฏิบัติ (SOP) และหลักสูตรอบรมด้านบัญชีและการเงินสำหรับชุมชน รวมถึงประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายนอก เช่น สำนักงานบัญชีคุณภาพ สถาบันการศึกษา และหน่วยงานภาครัฐ  

• ควบคุม ดูแล และให้คำ ปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับการเปิดบัญชีธนาคาร การบริหารเงินสด การรับ–จ่ายเงิน และการจัดการเอกสารทางการเงินของแต่ละชุมชน  

• ออกแบบโครงสร้างรหัสบัญชี (Chart of Accounts) ระบบรายงาน และการจัดหมวดหมู่รายได้–ค่าใช้จ่ายให้สอดคล้องกับลักษณะธุรกิจของแต่ละชุมชน  

• ดูแลการจัดทำงบการเงิน งบประมาณ การวิเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินงาน และรายงานทางการเงิน เพื่อใช้ในการบริหารและเสนอผู้บริหาร  

• วางระบบภาษีที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น VAT, ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย, ภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล และให้คำแนะนาด้านภาษีที่เหมาะสมกับรูปแบบธุรกิจชุมชน  

• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอก เช่น ผู้สอบบัญชี ที่ปรึกษา สถาบันการเงิน และหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ  

• สนับสนุนการใช้ระบบบัญชีดิจิทัล เช่น FlowAccount หรือระบบอื่นที่เหมาะสม เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดความซับซ้อนในการดำเนินงาน  

• ติดตาม ประเมินผล และปรับปรุงระบบบัญชีและการเงินอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อรองรับการเติบโตของโครงการและความยั่งยืนของชุมชน  

• สนับสนุนผู้บริหารในการกำหนดนโยบายด้านการเงิน การบริหารต้นทุน และการสร้างความเข้มแข็งทางเศรษฐกิจให้กับชุมชนในระยะยาว

• ปริญญาตรี/ ปริญญาโท ในสาขาบัญชี มีความเข้าใจในการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มบริษัท 

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการทำบัญชี 5 ปีขึ้นไป

• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการวางระบบภาษี/ การจัดทำ SOP/ การออกแบบโครงสร้างรหัสบัญชี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
