• จัดทำและประสานงานแผนฝึกอบรมประจำปี
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายใน วิทยากร และผู้ให้บริการฝึกอบรม
• จัดเตรียมเอกสาร สถานที่ อุปกรณ์ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในการอบรม
• ดำเนินการปฐมนิเทศพนักงานใหม่
• จัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์และสื่อการเรียนการสอน
• ดำเนินการเป็นวิทยากรในหลักสูตรที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ติดตาม ประเมินผล และจัดทำรายงานผลการฝึกอบรม
• บันทึกข้อมูลการอบรมในระบบและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• สรุปค่าใช้จ่ายและจัดทำเอกสารส่งหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสานงานและนำส่งข้อมูลแก่กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน

• สำรวจความต้องการรับนักศึกษาฝึกงานจากแต่ละหน่วยงาน
• ประสานงานกับสถาบันการศึกษาในการรับสมัครและคัดเลือก
• ดูแลเอกสาร สัญญา และการยื่นเรื่องต่อกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
• จัดปฐมนิเทศและเตรียมความพร้อมให้นักศึกษาฝึกงาน
• ประสานงานกับพี่เลี้ยงและติดตามผลโครงการ
• จัดกิจกรรมประกวดผลงานสหกิจศึกษา
• จัดทำหนังสือรับรองและรายงานผลการฝึกงาน
• รวบรวมเอกสารเพื่อใช้สิทธิประโยชน์ทางภาษีด้านสหกิจศึกษา

• ประสานงานกับกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
• จัดทำมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงานเฉพาะร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• จัดทำสื่อการสอนและหลักสูตรเตรียมความพร้อม
• ดำเนินการจัดสอบวัดระดับฝีมือแรงงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร 

• ยื่นขอรับรองหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม
• จัดทำและยื่นเอกสารตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ดำเนินการขอรับเงินสนับสนุนหรือกองทุนด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร
• จัดทำรายงานข้อมูลการฝึกอบรมประจำเดือน 

• เข้าร่วมประชุมและกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น QHSE
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่นตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน

• ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
• สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ จิตวิทยาอุตสาหกรรม รัฐศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง 

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี

• งานพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ (HRD)
• กฎหมายแรงงาน และ พ.ร.บ.พัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
