Accounting Supervisor (AR) - A-Best Co., Ltd.

CJ Foods A-Best is a joint venture between A-Best Co., Ltd. and CJ Cheiljedang, aiming to launch the popular Korean food brand bibigo in Thailand. This partnership focuses on bringing authentic Korean flavors to the Thai market. The initiative is expected to enhance brand awareness and drive consumer engagement in the Korean food segment, leveraging CJ's advanced technologies and innovations in food production. 

What you will do:

• Prepare and issue sales invoices, debit/credit notes accurately and on time
• Record AR transactions in the accounting system
• Monitor customer balances and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Perform AR aging analysis and report overdue accounts
• Coordinate with sales/customer service regarding billing or collection issues
• Prepare AR confirmations and support audit requests
• Reconcile AR sub-ledger with general ledger
• Handle customer payment allocations and discrepancies
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing related to AR
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting
• Knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes
• Knowledge of VAT / withholding tax
• Experience in audit support or AR confirmation
• Experience with accounting software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or ERP systems)
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Good communication skills (Thai / English depending on role)
• Experience in multinational environment
