Accounting Supervisor (AP) - A-Best Co., Ltd.

CJ Foods A-Best is a joint venture between A-Best Co., Ltd. and CJ Cheiljedang, aiming to launch the popular Korean food brand bibigo in Thailand. This partnership focuses on bringing authentic Korean flavors to the Thai market. The initiative is expected to enhance brand awareness and drive consumer engagement in the Korean food segment, leveraging CJ's advanced technologies and innovations in food production. 

What you will do:

• Receive, verify, and record supplier invoices in the accounting system
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents (3-way matching)
• Prepare payment documents and support payment runs
• Assist in VAT and withholding tax calculation and documentation
• Maintain vendor master data and filing of AP documents
• Reconcile AP sub-ledger with general ledger under supervision
• Assist in month-end closing related to AP
• Support audit requests and provide AP documents as required
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers regarding invoice or payment issues

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or accounting (new graduates welcome)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Basic knowledge of VAT and withholding tax
• Familiar with accounting systems or ERP is an advantage
• Basic Excel skills
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Internship experience in accounting or finance
