Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Business Planning
- Conduct financial analysis of company performance including revenue, cost, and profitability
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Develop financial models to support strategic planning and investment decisions
- Analyze business KPIs, margins, and operational costs
- Provide recommendations to management to improve profitability and cost efficiency
- Support pricing analysis and cost structure analysis
- Prepare management dashboards and financial presentations
- Evaluate new business opportunities, projects, or investments\
Finance & Accounting
- Manage full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and fixed assets
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
- Handle VAT, withholding tax, and corporate tax filings
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation
- Manage cash flow planning and treasury activities
- Supervise accounting staff and improve financial processes
Internal Control & Risk Management
- Establish and monitor internal financial controls
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Improve accounting systems and reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Experience with Excel financial modeling and accounting software/ERP systems
- Ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights
- CPA is preferrable
