Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandising Supervisor to oversee product display, optimize in-store execution, and drive sales performance. This role is responsible for managing merchandising activities, supervising the field team, and ensuring alignment with company standards and retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute effective product displays in line with company guidelines and planograms
- Monitor in-store execution to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and visual standards
- Analyze sales performance and recommend actions to improve product visibility and sell-through
- Lead, supervise, and coach merchandising team to achieve targets
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and key retail partners (e.g., Makro, Lotus’s, Go Wholesale)
- Conduct regular store visits to audit execution and resolve on-site issues
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, merchandising activities, and field insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or FMCG industry
- Experience in modern trade channels is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to travel and work in the field
