Trade Marketing Supervisor (Channel & Promotion) - A-Best Co., Ltd.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Trade Marketing team to lead channel strategy and drive retail sales growth through effective trade promotions, shopper marketing, and in-store activation. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and external agencies to maximize commercial performance across all channels.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop monthly and seasonal promotion plans
• Manage promotional budgets and spending
• Coordinate campaign execution with Sales and Marketing
• Track promotion performance and sales uplift
• Conduct ROI and post-promotion analysis
• Monitor competitor promotions and pricing activities
• Support new product launches and marketing campaigns

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years in Trade Marketing, Sales Support, or Category Management
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Analytical mindset with excellent coordination skills
• FMCG or consumer goods industry
• Experience managing promotional campaigns with modern trade customers
