Trade Marketing Supervisor - A-Best Co., Ltd.

1. Promotion Management

• Coordinate trade promotion activities across all channels.
• Prepare promotion calendars and execution timelines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, and external suppliers to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor promotional performance and prepare post-promotion analysis.

2. Sampling Management

• Plan and coordinate product sampling activities.
• Liaise with agencies and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor sampling schedules, budgets, and performance reports.

3. In-store Media Coordination

• Coordinate in-store media bookings and implementation with customers and suppliers.
• Manage artwork submissions, production timelines, and installation schedules.
• Monitor execution quality and campaign completion.

4. Trade Marketing Support

• Coordinate POSM production and distribution.
• Support new product launches and trade activation projects.
• Prepare sales materials, presentation decks, and communication documents.

5. Business Analysis & Administration

• Prepare sales reports, promotion performance reports, and competitor monitoring reports.
• Support pricing updates and promotion implementation.
• Track trade marketing budgets and maintain accurate documentation.
• Perform administrative tasks related to Trade Marketing operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in FMCG or the food industry.
• Experience in trade promotions, sampling activities, and in-store marketing/events.
• Good analytical, coordination, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Creative, adaptable, proactive, and possesses a growth mindset.
