Responsibilities
- Manage HR administration and maintain employee records.
- Coordinate visa and work permit applications, renewals, and related documentation for expatriate employees.
- Process employee benefit claims and coordinate with benefit providers.
- Support recruitment by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare company and executive documents, reports, and correspondence as assigned.
- Assist with HR projects and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR or HR Administration experience.
- Good communication skills in Thai and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
