Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee regulatory compliance for imported food products, in accordance with Thai FDA and applicable international regulations.
- Manage food product registration, import requirements, labeling review, and regulatory documentation with relevant authorities.
- Review ingredients, food additives, product specifications, labels, nutrition information, allergens, and claims to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and interpret changes in Thai food regulations and relevant Korean/international regulations, and assess their impact on the business.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, Thai FDA, DLD, certification bodies, and other relevant authorities on regulatory matters.
- Provide regulatory advice and support to R&D, QA/QC, Purchasing, Marketing, Sales, and other internal functions.
- Manage regulatory documents and certifications, including Thai FDA, Manufacturer certificate, Halal, DLD, COA and other applicable requirements.
- Support regulatory risk assessment, product complaints, non-conformities, and continuous improvement of regulatory processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Food Regulatory Affairs, preferably in food import, food manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution businesses.
- Strong knowledge of Thai FDA regulations, food import requirements, food labeling, and applicable food laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in Thai FDA product registration, ingredient and food additive assessment, label and packaging artwork review, and regulatory documentation.
- Experience coordinating with overseas suppliers, Thai FDA officers, laboratories, and relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of quality management and food safety standards, such as ISO 9001, GMP, and HACCP.
- Good command of English and strong computer literacy.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple regulatory tasks and deadlines effectively.
