Responsibilities
1. TH FDA Registration and request FDA No.
2 .Keep update FDA registration status
3. Coordinate with TH FDA for licenses
4. Create TH FDA lable sticker acording to FDA regulations
5. Review Packaging artwork of imported product and OEM product
6. Support food laws and regulations, research information related to Sor Bor 7 from FOOD DIVISION
7. Coordinate with all relevant section both internal and external
8.Monitor TH FDA Registration status and FDA No. of Imported product lists
9. Manage and review all activities related to Regulatory Affairs / FDA registration
10. Pre-submission: ensure everything complies with the law, practices and regulation including laboratory process of specified products
11. Submission: monitor progress with FDA until obtaining the FDA number/approval license
12. Maintenance: maintain product registrations status and organize registration documents and files
13.Verify label Sticker and Packaging artwork of imported product and OEM product
14. Support customer requested documents such as supplier questionnaire, certificate, product specification
15. Gather documents related to Sor Bor 7 and documents that FDA officer requested
16. Communicate the updates/changes to the team and relevant department
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in QA and Regulatory Affairs.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, or HACCP standards.
- Experience in product registration with the Thai FDA.
- Good command of English and computer literacy.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
