Responsibilities
- Present products and services to clients in the industrial sector (factories and manufacturing plants).
- Provide professional consultation and recommend suitable technical solutions or services to help improve clients’ operational efficiency.
- Prepare quotations and project proposals that meet clients' needs and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, project, service, and sales) to deliver the best customer experience.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
- Communicate customer insights and feedback to internal teams to support ongoing product and service improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in sales to industrial clients or in a related industry.
- Strong skills in management, planning, and problem-solving.
- Good to excellent English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for work in upcountry/provincial areas.
- Able to drive a car and possess a valid driver’s license.
