Responsibilities
- วางแผน ดำเนินการสรรหาและคัดเลือกบุคลากรตามตำแหน่งที่ได้รับมอบหมายสำหรับองค์กร
- ตรวจสอบข้อมูล คุณสมบัติ ประสบการณ์การทำงานในใบสมัคร เเละเอกสารประกอบการสมัครงาน ของผู้สมัครทั้งหมด
- วางแผน ออกแบบสื่อ ปรับปรุงและพัฒนาช่องทางการสรรหาตาม website สมัครงานต่าง ๆ
- จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสรรหาและว่าจ้าง
- จัดทำสรุปรายงานประจำสัปดาห์ ประจำเดือน เเละวิเคราะห์รายงานการสรรหา
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- อายุระหว่าง 22 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ จิตวิทยา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามรถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำนักงาน ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถทำสื่อโฆษณา ประชาสัมพันธ์ ได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีมได้
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการทำงาน,มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านงาน HR จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
