Responsibilities
- ติดตั้งและทดสอบการทำงานของอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือวิทยาศาสตร์/แพทย์ ณ สถานที่ลูกค้า
- ตรวจสอบ วินิจฉัย และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคของเครื่องมือ
- ให้คำแนะนำและฝึกอบรมการใช้งานเบื้องต้นแก่ลูกค้า
- จัดทำรายงานการเข้าบริการและบำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือ
- ประสานงานกับทีมขายและทีมสนับสนุนลูกค้าเพื่อความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์, วิศวกรรมชีวการแพทย์, วิศวกรรมเครื่องมือวัด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 0-3 ปีในงานบริการหรือซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องมือ
- ความเข้าใจในหลักการทำงานของอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์และเครื่องมือวัด
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคได้ดี
- สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและบริการลูกค้าที่ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านเครื่องมือแพทย์, เครื่องมือวิทยาศาสตร์ หรืออุปกรณ์ในห้องปฏิบัติการ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- เพศชาย อายุระหว่าง 22 - 35 ปี
- สามารถเดินทางใน เขต กรุงเทพฯ และต่างจังหวัดได้
