Responsibilities
- บริหารและควบคุมงานบัญชีโดยรวม รวมถึงการปิดบัญชีประจำเดือนและประจำปีให้ถูกต้องและทันตามกำหนด
- ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์บัญชีแยกประเภท (GL), งบทดลอง (Trial Balance), งบกำไรขาดทุน (P&L), งบดุล (Balance Sheet) และรายการปรับปรุงทางบัญชี
- ควบคุมงานด้านลูกหนี้ (AR), เจ้าหนี้ (AP), สินค้าคงคลัง (Inventory), การคำนวณต้นทุน (Costing), สินทรัพย์ถาวร (Fixed Assets) และรายการระหว่างบริษัท (Intercompany)
- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบงานด้านภาษีอากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงการจัดทำและนำส่ง ภ.ง.ด.50 และ ภ.ง.ด.51
- จัดเตรียมข้อมูลและประสานงานกับผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี (Auditor) รวมถึงติดตามและแก้ไขประเด็นจากการตรวจสอบ
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาทางบัญชีและภาษี พร้อมเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขและให้คำแนะนำแก่หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ดูแลระบบควบคุมภายใน (Internal Control) และพัฒนากระบวนการทำงานด้านบัญชีอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- บริหารจัดการทีมบัญชี มอบหมาย ติดตาม ตรวจสอบ และพัฒนาศักยภาพของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาบัญชี
- ประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีอย่างน้อย 8-10 ปี โดยมีประสบการณ์ระดับหัวหน้างานหรือผู้จัดการอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- ประสบการณ์ในการปิดบัญชี งบการเงิน ภาษีอากร การจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง/ต้นทุน และการตรวจสอบบัญชี
- ความรู้ความเข้าใจในมาตรฐานการบัญชีและกฎหมายภาษีอากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ การแก้ไขปัญหา และการตัดสินใจในงานที่รับผิดชอบ
- ภาวะผู้นำ ความสามารถในการบริหารทีม การสอนงาน และการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ
- ความสามารถในการใช้งาน Microsoft Excel และระบบ ERP ได้ดี หากมีประสบการณ์ Sage 300 จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถอ่านและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อใช้ในการทำงานได้
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และมีจรรยาบรรณในการทำงาน
- หากขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นผู้ทำบัญชีจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
