Key Jobs 

• Process Improvement : Analyze current processes, design "To-Be" models, reduce waste/cost/time
  
• Process Issue Resolution : Integrate MS 365 apps (e.g., Power Apps, Power BI) into business workflows
  
• Digital Transformation Support : Design and simplify processes, integrating business processes with digital transformation initiatives.
  
• Risk Assessment & Compliance : Evaluate process, safety, and quality risks; ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and other applicable requirements
  
• Data Analysis & Reporting : Develop dashboards, visualize data, and document process change logs
• Internal Quality and Process Improvement Audit : Participate in internal audits; track non-conformance and follow-up actions

1.    Job Specification

Education

Bachelor’s degree

Major:

Quality Management, Engineering, Science, Data Science, or a related field

Experience:

1–3 years in quality process management, quality engineering, or data analysis (fresh graduates are welcome)

English:

Intermediate to advanced communication skills (verbal and written)

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in MS 365, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or other AI tools

Applications:

Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SAP (basic), SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, LINE Official Account, Canva, business intelligence tools, workflow systems, and Lean Six Sigma (advantageous)
