Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
•         Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to timesheets, benefits, allowances, leave, and HR policies.
•         Support the administration and communication of Compensation & Benefits programs, including the Provident Fund and other employee benefits.
•         Assist with monthly payroll processing by preparing and validating employee data.
•         Maintain employee records, HR databases, and HR communication materials to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
•         Coordinate with Operation and Finance Department to monitor the Time & Attendance and Leave Management System, including the review and validation of attendance, overtime, timesheets, and leave transactions.
•         Prepare HR documents and reports, including employment contracts, salary certificates, and HR metrics to support operational decision-making.
•         Support onboarding and offboarding activities related to Compensation & Benefits.
•         Support HR team in employee engagement initiatives and benefits awareness programs.
•         Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  •         Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  •         1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Payroll Administration, Compensation & Benefits, or related areas.
  •         Basic understanding of payroll processes, labor regulations, and statutory requirements.
  •         Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality when handling employee data.
  •         Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications; experience with HRIS or payroll systems is an advantage.
  •         Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  •         Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  •         Good command of written and spoken English.

Overview:

We are looking for an HR Operations Assistant to support daily HR operations by managing employee data, administering time attendance and leave systems, maintaining HR documentation, and providing administrative support for Compensation & Benefits processes. This role ensures data accuracy, compliance with company policies, and a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
