Responsibilities
- Support Booster Compressor Senior Supervisor in overseeing daily operations and maintenance activities performed by Booster Compressor technicians.
- Generate bad actor reports and machine runtime reports.
- Troubleshoot repetitive shutdown cases and propose improvement projects.
- Check, maintain, and evaluate data for minor and major Preventive Maintenance (PM).
- Track run-hours for all booster compressors at the asset to facilitate major PM planning.
- Monitor spare parts and materials inventory, reporting any shortages to the BC Senior Supervisor for action.
- Provide information to the BC Senior Supervisor to ensure consistent equipment history and record tracking within the COMPANY’s CMMS.
- Report any detected abnormal events or malfunctions to BC Senior Supervisor to ensure timely and proper actions are taken to maintain equipment and plant integrity.
- Adhere to and promote strict compliance with the COMPANY’s SSHE policy and regulations in all assigned work, reporting directly to the BC Senior Supervisor.
Job End Results:
· Ensure that all PM data record are keeping and evaluate to get the highest result for the Booster Compressor operation and maintenance.
· Ensure that the works carried out, are of the highest levels of quality.
· Ensure quality of Booster Compressor maintenance and repair with minimizing equipment downtime.
· Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with Company SSHE operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Instrument Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in maintenance and/or inspection of well-known Booster Compressors or mechanical maintenance within oil & gas, petroleum production, petrochemical, or refinery facilities.
- Experience in troubleshooting, failure analysis, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, breakdown maintenance, equipment overhauling, condition monitoring, and spare parts monitoring.
- Familiarity with responsible equipment in oil & gas, petroleum production, petrochemical, or refinery facilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in maintenance procedures for equipment used in oil & gas, petroleum production, petrochemical, or refinery facilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of rotating equipment, including centrifugal pumps and compressors, reciprocating pumps and compressors, internal combustion engines, and mechanical power transmission.
- Working knowledge of Maintenance & Inspection Procedures.
- Good knowledge and experience of SSHE (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) requirements in a working environment.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good command of written and spoken Thai.
- Ability to operate a PC and proficiency with MS Office applications.
