Training Officer - SiS Distribution (Thailand) Public Co., Ltd.

• Implement and coordinate the In-house training, Public training programs.

• Manage and implement training programs, be an internal facilitator for fundamental programs.

• Perform as administration for Internal training e.g. preparing required documents and materials, coordinating with participants, ensuring preparation of training facilities, etc.

• Follow training evaluation, summary training results and complied the report.

• Handle orientation program for new staff.

• Prepare and submit all documents to the Government, and Department of Skill Development as required by law.

• Age 24-35 years old 

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Political Science or other related

• At least 2 years working experience in training

• Good command in English

• Good analytical skills, systematic and well-organized

• Confident, energetic and flexible

• Able to manage and do many tasks/projects at the same time

• Accurate, reliable and hands-on

• Having problem solving and time management skill

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Good attitude and be able to work well under pressure
