Responsibilities
• Responsible for recruitment and selection process, headcount forecast and headcount planning
• Being HR consultant to advise the line manager for HR process
• Prepare HR monthly report such as headcount report, movement report, etc.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or requested
Qualifications
• Age 25-35 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Political Science or other related
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment
• Good command in spoken and written English
• Good analytical skills, systematic and well-organized
• Confident, energetic and flexible
• Able to manage and do many tasks/projects at the same time
• Accurate, reliable and hands-on
• Having problem solving and time management skill
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good attitude and be able to work well under pressure
