Responsibilities
- Monitor ระบบ Network/Security เพื่อตรวจสอบปัญหาการใช้งานให้แก่ลูกค้า
- รับเคสผ่านทาง Email หรือ Direct Call ประสานงานไปยังทีม Technical เพื่อแก้ปัญหาการใช้งานของลูกค้า
- แก้ปัญหาการใช้งานเบื้องต้นให้แก่ลูกค้าในทันที
Qualifications
- อายุ 23-30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขา คอมพิวเตอร์,ไฟฟ้าสื่อสาร, โทรคมนาคม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT / Helpdesk อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีความรู้ด้าน Network/Security
- มีระเบียบวินัยในการทำงานและตรงต่อเวลา
